Streszczenie
Abstract
In the work a case study of a thirty-three-year–old patient was presented, hospitalised psychiatrically 33 times, who was refereed to treatment at the Department of Psychiatry of the Medical University of Lublin diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia (F20.0 ICD-10). On the basis of a detailed interview, a number of psychiatric and psychological tests, a revision was made of almost entire psychiatric history (32 medical case records and 1 hospital discharge summary report), the schizophrenia diagnosis, which was maintained for numerous hospital stays, was verified the patient being diagnosed with persistent hallucinational-delusional psychosis of exogenous aetiology (alcohol, marijuana, amphetamine, LSD, BDZ) and dissocial personality disorder.
